A role in Group Treasury means you will be responsible for managing the funding, capital and liquidity position of Macquarie. The team's key objective is to ensure Macquarie's business units have the resources needed to meet ongoing commercial and operational requirements.
Working in our Group Treasury team, you could be:
raising diversified and cost-effective funding and capital
providing accurate pricing of funding and capital to support optimal business decisions
helping to manage balance sheet risk
assisting the business in pursuing new opportunities.
As part of our Finance division, you will provide financial management and control advice, management reporting and forecasting, regulatory and tax reporting and business advisory services across Macquarie.
Working in our Finance team, you could be:
analysing financial performance to deliver valuable business insights
reviewing, challenging and reporting on financial results, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards
preparing forecasts for management to support strategic decision making
engaging with stakeholders to determine data requirements for new products and deals.
In our Data and Transformation teams you will use data and analytics to drive transformational change and deliver world-class outcomes to enable the growth of Macquarie. This includes using a customer-centric approach to designing innovative technology solutions, automating processes, implementing new analytics and reporting capabilities.
As part of our Tax division, you will help manage tax risk across Macquarie and support our operating groups globally. The division’s key role is to provide advisory services and technical support so that we meet our tax compliance obligations.
You will bring together Strategy, Change Management, Communications, and Learning and Development to help lead and define our future state, ensure that people understand our vision, embrace change, and have the necessary skills to achieve business objectives.
Our Corporate Affairs and Communications division actively engages with a wide range of stakeholders to improve their understanding of Macquarie, and Macquarie’s understanding of their expectations. These stakeholders include our leaders, governments, shareholders, media, staff and the wider community.
