Federal Court orders convening of meetings of shareholders & optionholders to approve non-operating holding company restructure

Macquarie Bank announced that the Federal Court has today ordered the convening of meetings of shareholders and optionholders to approve the group's non-operating holding company restructure. The meetings will be held on 25 October 2007.
