    Macquarie Group Capital Notes 4

    Macquarie Group Capital Notes 4 (MCN4) are unsecured, subordinated notes issued by Macquarie Group Limited. They are non-cumulative and mandatorily convertible. The MCN4 are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code 'MQGPD'.

    The MCN4 were listed on the ASX on 27 March 2019. The MCN4 offer raised $A905,491,910 through the issue of 9,054,910 MCN4 at $A100 each.

    The Scheduled Mandatory Exchange Date is 10 September 2029.
