Macquarie Asset Management completes acquisition of AMP Global Equities and Fixed Income business

Macquarie Group today notes Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) has reached financial close on the acquisition of AMP Capital’s Global Equities and Fixed Income business.

Following the sale announcement on 8 July 2021, all customary closing conditions have now been satisfied and the transfer of ~$A47 billion¹ of assets under management from AMP to MAM has commenced.
