Important notice

The ASX recently announced that it has decided to wind down and close the ASX Managed Fund Settlement Service (mFund) over an extended timeframe with full closure expected by 31 May 2026.

Applications and redemptions for the Funds, listed in the table below, through mFund will continue to be available until further notice. However, please note that applications and redemptions for the Funds through mFund may cease prior to 31 May 2026.

View the full investor notice for more information.

Update: It is expected that Macquarie Asset Management’s Funds available through the mFund platform will 'soft close' on mFund in February 2025. From that point, new investors will not be able to invest in those Funds through the mFund platform. We will still be accepting investments into the same funds outside of the mFund platform (i.e. investors may apply to us directly or through applicable platforms). Further information will be provided closer to the date.

If you invest through mFund, then you may be exposed to additional risks, including: failure or delays resulting from the ASX’s systems and counterparty risk in relation to your broker. In addition, there is a risk that your ability to apply for, or redeem units, through mFund is suspended or discontinued in the future, leading to you experiencing delays in the processing of applications and redemptions. This may occur because we decide to remove a Fund from mFund (which we may do at our discretion) or because the ASX suspends or revokes a Fund’s admission / settlement status on mFund as a result of the Fund failing to comply with the ASX admission requirements or otherwise.

The risks of a direct investment in a Fund also apply to an investment through mFund. Please see the relevant mFund Product Disclosure Statement and Information Booklet for further details of these risks.
